Small holiday cottages on the Danish North Sea coast

Are you looking to go on holiday just the two of you?
To enjoy a truly romantic getaway all to yourselves?

Or perhaps you’d like to go off on your own?
With plenty of time to yourself – ‘me-time’ or ‘alenetid’, as the Danes call it?

Our little cottages, in particular, are often situated in truly idyllic spots amidst the dunes, nestled in the woods or close to the beach. It’s just as lovely in summer as it is in the off-season. Most have a wood-burning stove, so you can make yourselves really cosy here even in the cooler months.

If a dog is allowed on holiday, you’ll see this symbol. Hund erlaubt.

Take a look at the cosy holiday cottages here:

Holiday home 1024

This is one of the first traditional holiday homes to be built here.
In 1939, to be precise.

It’s called 'Klitrosen' because the lady who built it used to bring soil from molehills on every trip she made from Viborg to plant windbreaks. Back then, they were clitrosen; now conifers predominate.

With 50 square metres of living space and antique furniture, you’ll feel right at home. Your dog is welcome to join you on holiday here.

Here you’ll be right in the heart of it all – close to the Nissum Fjord with its lovely bathing bays and fjord harbours, and close to the forrest.

There are lovely cycling and walking trails through woods, heathland and dunes… and you’re close to the North Sea beach.

The cottage is only 'for 2' ... so it’s particularly good for couples and singles, but also great for 'father and child' or 'mother and child', as there’s a small extra cottage (annexe) and a half-height loft that’s perfect for playing in.
